Our Schools

Kia Ora Ake works alongside primary and intermediate schools across the Counties Manukau region to support the wellbeing of tamariki aged 5 to 12. Support is delivered in schools, working closely with staff, whānau, and the wider community.

Each school receives tailored, culturally responsive support through classrooms, small groups, or one-on-one sessions, helping tamariki build resilience and feel connected, supported, and ready to learn.

Mahitahi Trust, in partnership with Kia Ora Ake, is currently working in the following schools:

  • Ararimu School

  • Drury School

  • Hingaia Peninsula School

  • Karaka School
