Our Programmes

What a programme looks like

Our programmes are flexible and can be delivered one-to-one, in small groups, or in larger group settings, depending on the needs of tamariki and schools. Programmes typically run weekly at school and may include:

  • 6–9 weekly sessions

  • Interactive activities and games

  • Safe discussions about feelings and friendships

  • Celebration and reflection at the end of the programme

Sessions are designed to be engaging, culturally responsive, and supportive.
